EYF’s Ethics Channel is a secure, confidential, and independent avenue for employees, suppliers, service providers, partners, and other stakeholders to report potential violations of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, and applicable legislation. It is also the appropriate place to disclose potential conflicts of interest, such as kinship between employees, significant personal relationships with clients or suppliers, and participation in outside business activities that may affect professional independence.

Reporters may choose to identify themselves or remain anonymous; in either case, all information is handled confidentially. Intake and initial screening are carried out by an independent, specialized provider, ensuring impartiality, absence of conflicts of interest, and appropriate escalation to EYF’s senior management when needed.

EYF is committed to rigorously investigating reported facts, promptly stopping any identified irregularities, applying disciplinary measures, and, where applicable, informing the competent authorities. We seek to address root causes and implement preventive actions across the value chain to reduce the risk of recurrence. The investigation process follows clear principles: preservation of confidentiality, guaranteed anonymity for those who choose it, impartial and independent analysis, and zero tolerance for retaliation against anyone who reports, cooperates, or is otherwise involved. Reports lacking minimum substantiation or submitted in bad faith may be disregarded and/or subject to appropriate measures.
